Flexible Spending Accounts: Medical reimbursement and dependent care account. Our Flexible Spending Account program allows employees to allocate pre-tax dollar to a reimbursement fund to pay for medical premiums, unreimbursed medical expenses, and dependent care assistance.
Paid Time Off: TTL offers seven paid holidays as well as vacation leave & sick leave. Accrual rates for vacation increase with seniority. New, entry level employees can accrue 12 days of vacation and 6 sick days in their first year!
401(k) and Roth 401(k) Plan: Eligible to participate upon hire. TTL, Inc. determines employee match on a yearly basis and the past several years has been a 100% match up to 6% of base salary.
