Minimum Education and Experience:
BS in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Construction Management.
2+ years of construction management preferred, but not required.
2+ years of personnel management preferred, but not required.
Effective communication (both written and oral) and organizational skills.
Job Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Safety: Ensure team follows safety rules and guidelines including safety planning for all projects.
Project Management: Safety, cost estimating, proposal preparation, monitoring project schedules to meet deadlines, cost control, project invoicing, and report review. Ensure that work is executed on time, within budget, in accordance with project requirements and within company policies, procedures and standards.
Operations: Oversee and manage the field technicians to ensure that projects are ran safely, profitably, and that our clients are completely satisfied.
