Job Title: ENVIRONMENTAL GROUP LEADER
Summary:
This position will prepare and analyze reports and proposals, review and interpret
technical data and manage the technician and professional staff. Responsibilities
include analyzing maps, drawings, tests and aerial photographs on soil composition,
terrain, hydrological characteristics and other topographical and geologic data.
Calculate cost and determine feasibility remediation of projects based on analysis
of collected data. Responsible for overall performance of group with respect
to established operating standards and financial goals. This includes maintaining
adequate staff, evaluating personnel performance and client and business development
activities as assigned by the Branch Manager. Identify and resolve problems
in a timely manner. Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Able to prepare technical reports.
Minimum Education and Experience:
BS in Civil Engineering or related field. 5 years or more experience in Civil
and/or Environmental Engineering; and a broad range of environmental experience.
Additional Skills and/or Requirements:
P.E. or P.G. license is preferred. Experienced with Microsoft Office, Outlook
and Internet Explorer.
