Mr. Bailey has over 25 years of experience in consulting engineering. He has broad range of environmental project experience including brownfield site redevelopment consulting, Phase II subsurface investigations for petroleum and hazardous chemical releases, corrective action planning, and remediation system design/installation. Ken has a B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas and is a member of the Arkansas Academy of Civil Engineers. He has served as a Regional Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer, President and National Director for ACEC of Alabama. Ken is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana. He and his wife Shannon have a daughter, Allison.
