Lynn Sisk, a professional engineer with TTL, Inc. was recently appointed to the Water Policy Summit Advisory Committee. The committee is comprised of a 26-member group of professionals, predominantly PhD’s in various fields of business, economics, law and science.
Sisk has over 30 years of experience providing technical and regulatory consultation on matters related to water quality, water resources and wastewater treatment and permitting, designing water quality assessment projects and developing and/or reviewing water quality models. He also has extensive experience in planning large data collection and evaluation programs such as state-wide or region-wide monitoring of surface waters.
The Water Policy Summit, an event of the National Water Center, will be held on the University of Alabama campus in April 2017 and bring nationally recognized experts together to focus on topics such as water policies, water law, climate change, hydrology, assessments and much more. The summit will address issues that involve policy makers, conservationists, environmentalists, geologists, engineers, attorneys, water managers, soil and science leaders, state and federal agencies, pulp and paper executives, forestry professionals, natural resource managers, economic development leaders, city and state planners, lobbyists and anyone interested in the future of water.
