Jack Daniel Cooperage – Trinity, Alabama

TTL, Inc. was employed by Encompass Develop, Design & Construct (EDDC) in conjunction with Brown-Forman to provide construction materials testing and special inspections on the new $60 million, 150,000 square-foot plant constructed in Trinity, Alabama. The Jack Daniel Cooperage was the first plant to be located in the Mallard Fox West Industrial Complex in Lawrence County, Alabama. Construction for the plant began in January 2013 and was completed in about 16 months. The plant produces approximately 500 to 700 whiskey barrels per day. The white oak whiskey barrels are used in production of the world famous Jack Daniel Whiskey. TTL and EDDC teamed again in 2015 for construction of a kiln addition to the facility.
