Renasant Bank, Tuscaloosa Alabama

TTL’s client for this project was a family estate that wished to sell commercial property held by the estate. In the summer of 2012, TTL, working through an attorney representing the estate, provided environmental consulting services to conduct Phase II and III assessment services on the property to assess impacts from a former dry cleaner that had operated on the property for approximately 46 years. TTL entered the site property into the Alabama Department of Environmental Management’s Voluntary Cleanup Program and was successful in obtaining a Conditional Letter of Concurrence for the property with allowed redevelopment of the property by Renasant Bank. Construction was completed on the bank in spring of 2015.
